Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• To start a return, contact us at support@get-vita.store with your order number.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, downloadable products, and clearance items cannot be returned.
